Release. Relax. Unwind.

Welcome to Working Body

“The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well.”

—Hippocrates

I specialize in helping the body to balance itself. The most profound healing occurs when you work with the body, not on the body. This allows your system to take over and heal itself. Healing is a process and I use several unique modalities to help stimulate balance and help the body repair itself for more long-term effects. Asking the body to shift is often more effective than forcing the body to change.

Bodywork can help relieve stress, alleviate headaches, relieve pain, speed up recovery, create relaxation, support injury rehabilitation as well as a host of other wellbeing benefits.

Get the support you need to be a healthier, more functional you.

24-hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24-hour advanced notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

For your first appointment please plan to come 5-10 minutes early so we have time to go over some intake questions. This is not necessary for every appointment, but it is the best practice for your first appointment.
We look forward to serving you.

About the Practitioner

Sarah Krone, LMT

I grew up in Fairfield, Iowa but then spent several years living in Colorado, which is where I received my massage and esthetician licenses. I spent many years practicing in Aspen, Colorado. I went to the Mountain Heart School of Massage and Bodywork in Crested Butte, CO. There I gained experience with many different types of injury, pain, chronic issues, postural imbalances and musculoskeletal dysfunction. I am trained primarily in working with the body to achieve greater functionality and balance and blend several modalities together to create the most effective session I can. I love working with people to help them feel better.

Win – Win

My passion is helping people to feel more ease in their bodies and be as healthy and functional as possible.

I look forward to serving you.

Benefits of Massage

Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues. Massage and Bodywork can:

  • Relieve pain of all kinds

  • Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body’s natural defense system
  • Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles
  • Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts
  • Improve the condition of the body’s largest organ—the skin
  • Increase joint flexibility
  • Lessen depression and anxiety
  • Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks
  • Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation
  • Reduce post-surgery adhesions and swelling
  • Reduce spasms and cramping
  • Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles
  • Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body’s natural painkiller
  • Relieve migraine pain.
